With its single-cell bioprinting technology, Poietis develops a full-thickness bioprinted skin model, intended for academic research as well as for cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. In the long run, this model will be improved for clinical issues. The next generation of bioprinter (NGB 17.03) developed by Poietis has been made for the production of skin model (first prototype destiny to the production). The goals of my internship are to find user parameters, to make operational and functional the new generation of bio-printer for the product team. The optimization of the new bioprinter gives the way to a better control of the process chain of bio-printed skin.
