Vendor management: in contact with Group IS Sourcing and Offshore management (involved in MSA, Best practices definition, Supplier management performance), security audit: follow up of action plan launched after Group Security audit in 2008, reporting: reporting on deliveries made by supplier teams on Individual and Group Life application management and application development , technical support: network infrastructure update, CITRIX desktop migration, escalation process definition with AXA Tech India, building of a local technical support team, functional support: building of a training plan including visits of AXA France employees to Indiacoordination with AXA teams including AXA Tech: single point of contact definition, network of privileged contacts within AXA France Services, follow up of improvement plan on delivery, organization, quality, productivity, tools and environment availability, coaching, communication to suppliers managers
