“Exploring analog neuron integration in computational neuromorphic architecture from advanced towards emerging technologies”This PhD is in line with a project aiming to design a versatile and robust neuromorphic computing machine. As variability and power become two major issues in ultra deep submicron technology, neural networks are good candidates for next generation accelerators embedding disruptive technologies. In this thesis, our first and foremost objectives were to specify and design a neuron that is robust to process variability.
