13 years of experience in Transportation, Infrastructure, Entertainment industries, and more lately focused on Smart Building and Energy efficiency. I currently work as a Product Director of a Data science startup specialized on location intelligence and Smart building analytics.I started my career working for a major consulting firm - Accenture, first as a solution architect for Fare Management systems, experiencing product management and delivery roles across various teams, then as a strategy consultant working closely with transport operators and autorities, as well as infrastructure clients. When joining Openfield in 2016 as Director of projects, I first helped structuring the startup's operations and projects delivery management. This gave me the opportunity to discover into details the Sports and Entertainment industry, and manage our Data Platform projects for top actors in France. My role progressively and naturally got more and more technical, as we consolidated a robust product that was being deployed in major arenas and venues in France. As a Product Director, I manage the overall technical and Data science team, structuring the backlog priorities, organizing the team as well as keeping on an eye on the overall projects, and having a key role on business development and market and scientific watch.
