Labellisé Fabrique de Territoire en 2021, Le tiers-lieu et campus de la Vigotte Lab est un hameau et sa vallée dédié à la recherche, la formation, l'entrepreneuriat et la mobilisation citoyenne pour la transition écologique en milieu rural. 30 hectares de forêts, étangs, milieux naturels sensibles et prairies au coeur du Parc Naturel des Ballons des Vosges. Une ferme, une auberge, 12 pavillons : 2500m2 accueillent 8 familles, 7 emplois et 15.000 visiteurs par an.35 partenaires dont les collectivités territoriales, les services et agences de l'Etat, le Parc Naturel Regional, plusieurs universités et grandes écoles, contribuent à faire de ce lieu, un outil d'expérimentation et d'accélération de la transition territoriale.

Colab.Studio is an organization of the social and solidarity economy. Colab is a lab focused on cooperation and ecological transition for territories.We develop et implement a concept of "local campus for cooperation & transition" with a set of open source methods and tools inspired by collective intelligence and design thinking.We work with a wide network of collectivities, institutions and members of the civil society and we operate a full scale living lab in the mountains of les Vosges : La Vigotte Lab.Our activities :- prospective and research on territorial cooperation- Action-training : "self initiate a local campus of cooperation"- Implementation of a full scale cooperation campus - Animation of a peer comunity of territories and an open source resource center- implement territorial ecological innovation management labs

Managing a 10 years contract covering the full design process of an ecocity of 5.000ha, 40.000 households, 25.000 jobs on the West Coast Territory (TCO) of la Reunion Island. Project includes both urban rehabilitation and major new developments.Coordinating with the chief urban planner (Ateliers Lion & Associates), local top politcal deciders and managing a multi-disciplinary team aiming at :- Preparing a full Master Plan and overall sustainability and resiliency strategy- Capacity building and institutional strengthening- Fostering innovation throughout all components of the project- Ensuring full project management on the account of the project owner preparing mid to long term operational and financial schemes- Coordination and management of all technical studies (urban and commercial programming, all phases of engineering, value engineering, assets management, etc. for major operations (first mixed use eco-neighborhood of 300ha)Strategic thematics covered : integrated water management, natural and technical risk management, smartgrid and renewable production, waste recovery and circular economy, wastewater recovery, urban agriculture, biodiversity, green transportation, bioclimatic urban design, tourism economy, climate change adaptation…Other projects currently managed : - Overall environmental and sustainability coordination for La Defense Business District (EPADESA, Operation of National Interest : 564ha, 3,5 Mm² of offices, 1M² of housing)- Diagnostic, sustainability strategy and securing of environmental permits for Europacity Project (80ha, 600.000m² of retail, leisure parks, hotels, cultural equipments)

Transverse missions for Innovation Department:- Coordination of internal and external professional networks focused on developping new commercial and technical offers in the areas of « Urban eco-design » and « Digital cities »- Representing the Group at major national and international events, think tanks and technical working groups.- Overseeing and providing support for key pilote projects : 3D Simulator of the sustainable city (Santiago Des3aDo, 2M€, Chile), implementation of digital city models as new tool for urban design and engineering- Building and animating a network of technical, institutional and academic partners

Lecturer and chairman of a high level training of 2 weeks within the master degree "International Environmental Managemernt" ENVIM, dedicated to the training of new Urban Managers. ENVIM is a double degree delivered by Mines Paristech, Tsinghua University and INSA de Lyon in collaboration with University of Pennsylvania.

Work or supervise work on large-scale sustainable urban development projects including eco-cities, green design of urban services, industrial ecology schemes, multi-criteria analysis and decision making support, sustainability strategy and master planning for eco-territories. Collaborated and oversaw the smooth integration of French industrials green technologies for the Shanghai Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo. Participated to the design of an eco-neighborhood virtual prototype in Shanghai area.Environment and Energy Technical adviser for the publication "Cities and Forms, On Sustainable Urbanism" (2012)

Prepared technical brief and provided engineering support to international delegation charged with designing an Eco-City of 100 000 inhabitants. Responsible for 10 junior engineers.

Developped new material recovery routes for wastewater treatment sludge at the R&D unit of "Seine Amont" wastewater treatment plant (2nd largest and one of the most advanced in Europe). Main achievements included : secured a regulatory framework within European Union, coordinated a multiple players R&D program, created an integrated training tool with implementation methods for energy and material recovery in sanitation processes.

Modeled a Comparative Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of primary copper production in Chile and Brazil and analysis of its environmental impacts. UNEP program on Life Cycle Analysis Implementation in Latin America.
