Application owner of the flagship Policy Admin System (PAS) which manages end to end life cycle of group policy (product set-up, policy issuance, administration, billing, commission, web, reporting and interfaces): • Involved in the whole Application Lifecycle Management, from pre-sales to implementation, then maintenance, and finally decommission. • Built from scratch the production support function: 200+ processes and ~10 people. • Adjusted to maintenance and project demands by procuring 5 contractors.
