The Metropolitan Transportation Authority of the State of New York (MTA) is a public benefit corporation responsible for public transportation in the U.S. state of New York, carrying over 11 million passengers on an average weekday systemwide.In 2011, the MTA launched a new 8th agency, the Business Service Center (BSC), to consolidate Finance, HR, and procurement functions into a single shared services agency. After serving in a consulting capacity as portal architect and project lead for the BSC, Antoine was recruited as the Assistant Director of Web and Portal Technologies (PeopleSoft, Custom Development).Responsibilities:- Direct, manage, and deliver web projects- Drive overall web presence vision and enterprise web strategy- Manage, deliver, design and manage all GUI web user interfaces- Manage and improve BSC web asset Portfolio based on business needs- Provide expertise and guidance on web technology, standards, and best practices- Develop, manage, and design BSC web brand identity

Accenture was contracted by the MTA to aggregate several administrative services such as procurement and payroll into one Shared Services Center, the BSC. This work spanned 7 MTA Agency business units and the completed solution will serve the entire MTA workforce.
