The site manager is in charge of crisis situations and is responsible for protecting people, the environment and the facilities.Currently in DRC, i was assigned onshore and now offshore.The sites I managed have the following characteristics :- POB up to 300 PAX during activity peak (operations, drilling, projects and workover)- More than 400 producing wells (ESP, gas-lift, PCP and SRP)- More than 100 water injector wells (several network at different pressures with filtrations)- A 25 MW power plant (turbines and motors)- A 60 MMscfd compression station for gas-lift and fuel gas (turbocompressors)- Carbon reduction strategy (gas flaring reduction through gas to power and process optimization)- Mature fields with ambitious integrity action plan (structures revamping, new subsea pipelines, walk safely)

Gabon

I was in charge of the production and operations on a onshore Oil & Gas field in Gabon. My missions are:• Optimize the wells production• Improve the oil, water and gas process treatment• Organize the daily tasks of the production teams• Maintain the production infrastructures• Make sure the HSE standards of the company are respectedTechnologies et challenges encountered:• Expériences on Offshore and Onshore fields with a production up to 13000 barrels a day and 12 workers to supervise• Natural flow and activated wells (gas-lift and ESP)• Gas flaring reduction program (compressed and commercialized)• Wax and H2S• Subsea wellheads and infrastructures• Rotating machinery (gas and gasoil motors, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps or compressors)• Commissioning of a redevelopment project (drilling, process, etc.).

As a project engineer, I participate in the realization of:FPSO process design and Offshore missions (Congo) :- Offshore field tests manager: 4 weeks offshore on FPSO for oil/gas/water separation and laboratory analyses within a 4 men team (production, instrumentation, operation)- Engineering (Pressure safety valves design, datasheet and specification redaction) - Second offshore field tests campaign for sand management during 3 weeks.Softwares : HYSYS, AutocadTechnical economical studies for a CO2 storage with enhanced gas recovery on a mature field.
