1/ Why do our customers use our services?We provide a legal solution to our clients’ economic problems such as:• the desire to enter a new market where there are existing competitors or which is closely regulated • the desire to maintain a leading position in their sector• an investigation by a competition or regulatory authority that may impact their commercial practices, previously existing contracts and may also result in a financial penalty• being the victim of an anti-competitive or unfair practice which leads to slowing down development or which causes losses• the need to anticipate legal risks before launching a product2/ How do we provide legal solutions to our clients’ economic problems?We use all the means at our disposal, including:• the implementation of overall strategies to includeeconomic litigation, with a view to resolving economic issues• the anticipation and understanding of legal and economic issues• the analysis and prior identification of risks (risk mapping)• the development of a solution aimed at satisfying the desired economic objective3/ What skills do we draw on in order to achieve these objectives and so fulfill our mission?• Economic law: our competition law and regulation team is made up of nine lawyers (three partners, one counsel and five associates) who regularly appear before competition authorities (e.g. the French Competition Authority and the European Commission), regulatory authorities (e.g. the energy, telecom and media sectors) and the commercial courts.We have significant experience in emergency litigation (summary and precautionary measures) and access to evidence (article 145 of the CPC).• Public law: our public law team is made up of five lawyers (two partners and three associates) and operates in all areas of public economic law.• We also work closely with external partners, our own or those of our clients:- economists- IT and forensic technical experts- reputation and influence strategy firms- Legaltech risk mapping
