For more than 30 years and in a context of greater international mobilization for the environment, the 21 countries bordering the Mediterranean and the European Community have developed a device original regional environmental cooperation in the framework of the Plan of Mediterranean Action Plan of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP / MAP). Plan Bleu is one of the actors of this cooperation. It is responsible for producing information and knowledge to alert policy makers and stakeholders on the environmental risks and challenges of sustainable development in the Mediterranean and draw futures to inform decision making. I am involved in the European project EU-FP7 PEGASO, especially on activities related to indicators and foresight analysis. Main tasks are based on the development of indicators for monitoring sustainable development of Mediterranean and Black seas coastal zones, working on methods to develop scenarios and participatory approaches. I am also in charge of a project co-funded by the Global Environment Facility, which aims at a better integration of climate variability and change into national ICZM strategies of the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. For that purpose, Plan Bleu moderated a series of national workshops to achieve a state of the art on data related to climate and institutions and experts in charge of their hosting and updating. The second crucial activity is the development and implementation of a methodology for assessing socio-economic impacts of climate variability and change on two demonstration sites: Croatia (Sibenik-Knin) and Tunisia. The seventh protocol (on ICZM) of the Barcelona Convention is the framework of those two projects.

I was mandated in order to develop a qualitative method for the evaluation of coastal public policies. This methodology is based on the building, testing and validation of indicators (6 criteria and 80 indicators). It is a methodological study applied to different pilote sites and regulatory tools for coastal zone management such as: Contract for Bay, Management Plan, Natural Reserve, Marine Protected Area, implemented on the French Mediterranean coast.

I was in charge of map updates based on ground modification schemes (minutes), as far as electrical networks (high and low voltage), substations and customer connections are concerned, in using a dedicated GIS in ErDF society.
