I led the Innovation Lab of TF1, a multidisciplinary team (engineers, designers, project leaders) in charge of:- prototype design and development for TF1 Group businesses- management of "TF1 Showroom" activities and events- partnerships and co-development with startups

Based in San Francisco, I lead a prospecting mission on behalf of Vivendi Group to:- Anticipate and glean new technological trends inspired by the Silicon Valley Ecosystem- Identify emerging businesses with services to enrich CANAL+ & Vivendi offers- Set up new partnerships- Develop proof-of-concepts

For about four years, I’ve been overseeing the development and the integration of CANAL+ middleware, that I initially designed and prototyped, on CANAL+ DTT & OTT Set Top Boxes.- Led the technical team that launched CANAL+ Group latest OTT STB- Selected and directed our Chinese ODM partner- Designed the middleware architecture (Linux & Chromium-based middleware)- Developed various parts of the solution (Chromium customization, DRM integration, device drivers, web development)
