As a Creative Producer I was managing the development of projects from pre-production to final release, with an eye towards meeting defined budgets, schedules and creative quality targets.Responsibilities:- Participate in creative brainstorming and concept strategy development- Work with Team Leads to develop and communicate a clear vision for the product.- Create milestone schedules and PM documents.- Continuously assess risk and keep scope of the project in line with budget and schedule, while also working with team to be creative within constraints.- Identify risks as early as possible in order to mitigate them and communicate both issues and proposed solutions clearly.- Promote positive working relationships through leadership, teamwork and communication within the development teams to ensure consistent vision and goal setting.- Interface with business partners and maintain excellent working relationship as the main point of contact on all development issues.

Arsenal Media is a creative content agency dedicated to digital signage and innovative interactive destinations. Core services include installation conceptualization, content strategy and production, and multiplatform interactive development. As a Creative Producer I was in charge of managing clients' projects and a multimedia team to deliver branded experiences. From augmented reality, projection mapping, immersive environments and interactive installations, I produced and delivered a wide range of next level brand experiences for clients such as NBC Universal, Morguard, Sunlife and Cirque du Soleil.
