Led a team of payroll professionals to deliver accurate payroll processing for over 800 employees in a fast paced environment. Guided up to six direct reports to conduct company wide payroll accurately and efficiently providing mentoring, training, and performance management. Was responsible for starting and ending assignments, including preparing final reports and audits. Initiated over 50 new job sites across over 30 states and instituted the proper payroll procedures, onboarded over 2,500 employees managing constant turnover in this role with a staffing agency.

Northwestern Mutual provided me the infrastructure to build my own financial service and wealth management practice under the company's tutelage. Everyday was self-managed as I thought of new and innovative ways to meet and build relationships with new potential clients. I would then display the value our various policies and services can provide the client and would finally implement these various policies and perform due diligence post implementation to insure the client was properly served. This experience has taught me much about the not only the financial service industry, but also about the inner workings of running your own business as much self-discipline is necessary to thrive in this position.

As an orientation leader I am personally responsible to welcome over 200 first year students on to Ohio's beautiful campus. Some of my main duties involved informing these students of how our curriculum works in terms of their degrees, leading them on a tour of the campus, advising them and producing an appropriate schedule for each student for successful enrollment in the fall. This position proved to be extremely rewarding as I could physically see the impact I was making on these student lives.
