Antoinette is an Advocacy and Capacity development with a passion of promoting climate education, food systems and environmental sustainability. She is an advocate for gender equity, and Youth empowerment. She currently runs a Project Management company - Hendylite Consultancy where she is managing a youth and climate dialogues project in the region. She has over 7 years’ experience as Youth and Women Advocate in the Food systems and climate change space for which she became a Board member for Botswana Young Farmers association, a Youth Representative in the Botswana National Agriculture Policy Advisory Committee, climate change policy review.
