This training was is the « Project Management » department. The aim of this training was to automate the change management tasks respecting ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) recommendations and using C#.NET in the Visual Studio.Net and Microsoft SQL Server for developing and manipulating the databases.I have also learned more about how GSM functions and participated in test drives in order to evaluate the antennas' coverage in a certain region in Lebanon.

The purpose of this training was to be familiar with Telecom Platform, PDH/SDH, Protocol C7 and networks using this protocol, DSL… It included site visits to several exchange centers.
