I have a very strong work ethnic. I was fortunate enough to have a mother that was a very strong and hard worker. She bestowed in me what hard work really was and how to treat and care for your employees. She also showed me how to run a successful business. By the time I was twelve she had built three stores of her own I started working at them when I was 14. I managed those business's for seven years. My objective as a manager would be to maintain the staff by selecting and fully training the right employees. To make sure that I communicate the job expectations. As a manager I also monitor and appraise the employees when they are doing a good job. I believe that the hiring process can be one of the hardest things to do in management. You can never really tell if the employees is going to be the right "fit", so to speak, until you actually see how they work. I would coordinate with the other management to enforce the companies policies, procedures and productivity. I would provide great customer service and make sure that the other employees do too. I was taught at a young age that when you come to work you leave your personal life at the door and when you leave work to go back to your personal life. When you are at work you are getting paid to work. Not to gossip, talk about personal things or stand around. Always do what is best for the company.
