Antoinette is an ex-software developer that took a detour through academia to her current role as a professional coach. With extensive experience in Enterprise Agile transformations supplemented by formal studies in her field, she now focuses on developing leaders and leadership teams to foster inner agility and Deliberately Developmental environments within their organizations. Her deep interest in human transformation spans both individual and collective levels. Her coaching approach is built on the principles of Vertical Development, Organisation and Relational Systems Coaching, and Dialogical Leadership, emphasizing the synergy between these methodologies. Antoinette believes that true change is driven by Presence and Heart, allowing her to create transformative experiences by inviting the work to happen through her, rather than by her.She believes change is at its most powerful and lasting when it is brought about by those inside an organisation and focusses her work as the development and support of internal leaders at all levels to transform and develop their own organisations.
