It’s not just about optimising business operations; it’s about proving that fair pay and efficient practices can positively impact the bottom line. As a sole trader, I juggled it with two other jobs, initially just offering ten hours a week. Yet, the demand grew rapidly because I went above and beyond for my clients. Fast forward over ten years, and we’ve expanded to a team of over 40, with a turnover exceeding £1 million.My personal experience as a care leaver has deeply influenced my passion for helping individuals thrive.
