Main tasks involve: - Provide technical support on various E&S topics in investment and asset management phases- Support to the launch of different E&S initiatives to improve Meridiam’s asset global performance (Asset decarbonationplans, climate vulnaribility risk assessments etc).- Produce and update reporting and regulatory documents- Contribute to the elaboration and achievement of the mission strategy and objectives of Meridiam to become Net Zero Asset Manager by 2050

WO2 is the Delegated project owner (MOD) of the ICAWOOD investment fund, created by ICAMAP and IVANHOE CAMBRIDGE, which has €750 million of equity to build low-carbon offices in Greater Paris.Main tasks: • Involve in the set-up of a 126,000 sq.m real-estate operation called Arboretum, the biggest solid wood office campus in Europe in the ZAC des Papeteries (Nanterre) (carry-out the feasibility studies, the basic design and detailed design, preparation of tender documents etc.)• Produce and update guidance documents of the group to collectivises, partners or prospect clients• Evaluate real estate offers (modelling and case preparation, investors customer relationship management)• Transversal missions (researches on the WO2's protocol for health and well-being in offices after the COVID-19 crisis, the effect of wood on human health, labels, carbon neutrality etc.)
