Treasury Manager
CurrentOrganize and plan team workflows, assign tasks, and ensure timely and efficient completion of all treasury functions.Oversee payment processing, billing, and merchant fee management, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice issuance.Establish processes for the accurate calculation and reporting of partner commissions and manage reconciliation between fees paid to card schemes (VISA/MC) and fees charged to customers.Prepare and submit reports to card schemes and regulators, ensuring compliance and data integrity.Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, providing feedback and identifying development needs within the team.Coordinate team communication with clients and internal teams, while optimizing and automating processes to handle growing volumes.Maintain relationships with banking institutions to ensure regular client payments and provide accurate data to auditors.Participate in system analysis and testing related to treasury operations and contribute to the development of new products by offering the treasury perspective (BIN sponsorship, New acquiring entity, building in-house billing platform and various other projects).Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ISO management systems.
