• Management of electrotechnical equipment certification projects: define project scope, stakeholders’ interaction, risk management, project initiation-planning-control-closing, budget planning and control, handover project to the end customer. • Equipment testing organization, organizing of the plant inspections, attracting and control of outsourcing contractors companies. • Performed about 100 electrotechnical equipment certification projects (Waterfall), which is allowed Eaton company to reach year sales plan on the territories of Russia and Kazakhstan.• Major projects: - equipment certification in the RZD industry (budget > 2 mln rub, 3 project team members, attracting expert from outsourcing contractor company);- equipment certification in the ROSSETI industry (budget > 4 mln rub, 4 project team members, attracting expert from outsourcing contractor company).• While I was working in Eaton:- developed and implemented document flow process, which is allowed to reduce time and efforts for a bureaucraticс part on the closing project phases;- developed and implemented the process of planning and controlling of the project phases via Gantt diagram (making project road map), which is allowed to control project phases better and finish them in time.
