As a Recruiting Specialist at Express Employment Professionals, I conduct phone interviews with applicants and match them to open jobs throughout the Greater Seattle area. I am the first person someone meets when they walk into the office, and I help candidates through the hiring process. I have a passion for connecting people with opportunities and providing excellent customer service.I have a strong background in customer service, payroll, and staffing, with nearly seven years of experience in various roles and industries. I have worked with live chat services, over the phone, and in person, treating each person with courtesy and respect. I have also been an active part of leadership in several previous roles, leading and mentoring new hires and temporary associates.
