As Practicum US grew, I focused on business and product growth of Data products. Inthree years, under my stewardship:• Led the ML/AI & Data Science department, owned business and product growth, built out a team of 70 product & ops people with capacity of 1000 students/year• As a GTM motion leader, rebuilt product lineup, addressing reskillers pain points, resulting in 2x growth sales growth and $XXM run-rate in 3 months of iterations with sales & marketing• Built a career services team that helped XXX grads find their first AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics jobKicked off and guided several successful strategic initiatives:• Externships: analysis and ML prototypes made by groups of students for external companies: 90% employment rate and direct hires from participants• User segmentation x psychometric data as core metrics engine: new suite of metrics → new dashboards → new initiatives & way to measure success → improved activation rate, dropped churn• Owned continuous US Edtech market research and 6-year financial modeling, which played a key role in securing an ambitious valuation and $XXM investments between 2021-2023

- Oversaw research, localization, development, legalization, and staffing for Practicum launch in the US market, ensuring successful completion of the initial roadmap in 3 months- Iterated over a dozen GTM motions and acquisition experiments in partnership with the marketing team, reaching cohorts of 50+ students, persisting through 6 months of struggle

As a part of a founding team launching a new in-house startup within Yandex, I got to study and dissect dozens of industries and tech stacks, to help future students land jobs in several data professions:- Carried out a series of interviews with data reskillers and data hiring managers, getting first sales from prospects, and interest in hiring & internship partnerships from employers- Alongside the rest of Practicum Data Faculty team designed the curriculum andcontent of Data Analyst and Data Scientist programs, ensuring 85% employment rate across first cohorts- Carried out all design and infrastructure projects for Practicum platform to launch two educational products in Data Science space, completing the product roadmap from scratch to launch day in 4 monthsAs a part of a horizontal Practicum dev & product team, I worked on ensuring a smooth launch and post-launch setting-in period:- Oversaw and contributed to extensive QA and beta tests, both for platform andcontent, making sure downtimes lasted less than 20 mins and the uptime wouldn't fall below 99%- Initiated first phases of feedback infrastructure and product analytics developments, enabling a two way communication between users & Ops and leadership & product teams, then transferred ownership to dedicated leads

Bringing web-like analytics to retail with a help of object detection and face recognition tech. Lots of prototyping, research & sales. Few pilots. Stopped when cash ran out & saw no quick ways to get customers. Also face recognition ethics provided to be very tricky for my taste. Lots learned in b2b: how to pitch & sale, where to look for customers and saw some ways to hack your way into first clients. Got my first taste of entrepreneurship. Definitely want more.

Developed products for teachers & schools at Foxford (think Russian Chegg for high performing students). My objective was to enable school teachers to learn better frameworks & methods of teaching through online courses from top Russian universities staff. Also ideating & experimenting on feasible learning formats for teachers & their students on Foxford online platform. Teachers were key in growing Foxford adoption past enthusiasts, so I focused on attracting more educators and engaging ones already on the platform: - Through customer interviews and experimentation I identified and implemented several new features and formats of activities between teachers and their students.- Launched Foxford's STEM Olympiad, engaging ~10k teachers and ~100k students

Improved existing interfaces and created new bits (new features and redesigns) across web, mobile apps and smart TV apps. Everything UX-wise came through me at that time: I used to test usability, advocate for the user experience across the board and help out teammates where possible. Participating in strategic sessions as well, bringing a bit of UX angle into consideration.

Worked with a small team on a entreprise-backed IoT cloud platform startup. Created an interface system from scratch, working out features and user scenarios. Hired more users across the company: designed job descriptions, screening tests and UX-specific tests, managed candidates and picked several finalists. Every one of them was hired and got through the probation period.

Basically I was jack-of-all-trades in a Event/Fashion Agency. Every week some different sort of armageddon. Lots of random challenges. I wanted to work & be independent so much that even this type of job felt awesome.
