Key achievements:- Secured approval and executed bank’s participation in a EUR 9bln syndicated project finance facility; - Led structuring and execution of a sophisticated limited recourse funding arrangement for USD 1.3bln;- Secondary market sale of loans for the total amount of >USD 500M.Key responsibilities:- Origination and execution of syndicated transactions, structured and project finance and secondary market deals;- Participation in launching and promotion of ESG banking products.

In parallel to Head of Structured finance role:- Launched bank’s local sustainable finance practice and played an important role in positioning of Rosbank as one of the national leaders in ESG finance; - Executed Russia and CIS’s largest syndicated sustainability linked loan (USD 1.25bln); - Structured sustainability aspects of the first USD 300M SLL for a financial institution; Key responsibilities:·        Deployment of ESG products managing team of 30+ people; ·        Devised products’ framework (definition, principles and process);·        Recruited and mentored the team in charge of origination, structuring and execution;·        Created marketing materials, participated in expert councils and conferences;·        Arranged and actively participated in training of personnel (200+ employees).

- Executed multiple structured finance deals, i.e. Project finance, Acquisition and asset-based finance, PPP, PXFs/prepays; - One of them, USD 750M syndicated non-recourse project finance facility, won two prestigious European awards - European M&M Deal of the Year from Infrastructure Journal Global and the best chemicals deal in C&E Europe from EMEA Finance;- My team was recognized in the bank as a centre of excellence for its complex deals and supported other departments with sophisticated analysis, modelling and structuring.Key responsibilities:· Origination and preliminary bankability analysis;· Structuring and negotiation of term sheets with clients; · In-depth market analysis, financial modelling and risk assessment; · Coordination of the internal review and approval process, deal execution.

- Executed several structured finance transactions, including A/B loans with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Finance Corporation;- Participated in multi-billion debt advisory mandates;- Provided structuring and modelling support in large restructurings during GFC;- Established national structured and project finance practice for the bank.

Participated in the launch of a regional IB boutique specialising on M&A transactions. Led execution of M&A mandates, hiring, training and supervision of analysts.

As an analyst worked on a wide range of M&A and ECM mandates while in Troika Dialog (top national investment bank in Russia). Developed financial models of various complexity, developed strong presentation and analytical skills, commitment to results and time-management.
