I am a highly qualified experimentalist in the field of surface physics. I specialize in working with diamond material, but I also have experience with silicon, silicon oxide and silicon nitride, aluminum nitride.I have the skills of surface and thin films processing: photolithography, dry etching (plasma etching, RIE, ICP) and wet chemical etching, thin film deposition (CVD, magnetron sputtering). Proficient in surface and thin film analysis techniques: optical microscopy, SEM, AFM, optical profilometry (both confocal and interferometric), spectroscopic ellipsometry.My PhD thesis is entitled «Reactive ion etching of “diamond-metal” and “diamond-dielectric” planar structures in low pressure RF gas discharge»I participated in projects on the development and creation of diamond-based power radiation-resistant Schottky barrier diodes, nuclear batteries, ionizing radiation detectors for the TOTEM experiment at LHC, UHF acoustic resonators, quantum dots in diamond, integrated photonics circuits. In projects, I was involved in the development of technological processes, the manufacture of products and the creation of design and technological documentation.I also have experience in maintaining clean rooms and selecting and purchasing consumables for clean rooms and chemicals and gases for technical processes.Co-author of more than 20 papers and 2 patents.
