Preparing the description of tasks. Ordering spare parts and services;◉ Investigate equipment failures or unexpected problems related to equipment;◉ Providing recommendations and support for autonomous maintenance (operators);◉ Completion of technical documentation, preparation of reports, statistics and deployment of losses;◉ Leading and participating in improvement teams and installations as a maintenance representative;◉ Providing a safety stock of spare parts. Filling and maintaining the equipment tree;◉ Maintenance cost optimization.Duties as a repairperson/millwright:◉ Execution of tasks for the corrective maintenance program:o Replacement of different industrial equipment components;◉ Execution of tasks for the preventive maintenance program:o Inspection of equipment (noise, leakage, wear of components, level of oil in hydraulics and gearboxes, etc.);o Adjustment of equipment (technological gaps, alignment, speed of actuators: hydraulic, pneumatic);◉ Troubleshooting and breakdown/malfunction elimination:o Founding and replacing broken components using hydraulic, pneumatic and electric diagrams.o Restoring basic conditions and preparing equipment for further work.◉ Installation and commissioning of new equipment (without programming):o Mechanical installations;o Communication of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic components by existing diagrams.There is some of achievements on my current position:✔Increasing of KPI’s related to maintenance onresponsible areas;✔ Reducing workloads for preventive maintenanceprogram;✔ Maintenance cost reduction;✔Elimination of chronic losses.
