My primary responsibility is to deliver the success we promise for our Clients. This requires management of over 20 technical specialists focused on web and mobile site optimization. As the Solution and Project Manager, I leveraged Agile scrum methodology to ensure on time product delivery. This includes leading Client requirement discovery sessions, documenting scope for contracts, designing Client solutions, curating the development backlog, managing the team responsible for the sprint deliverables, maintain Client and technical team focus on contracted scope, and demoing the product with Clients. Many of our Clients were technical neophytes who had a limited web presence and understanding of modern web design approaches. I was required to be an educator; a liaison between the technical team and Clients. This challenge required improvements in patience and developed an ability to distill and deliver sophisticated concepts in a lucid manner.

HEADS is a web-studio that provides full-circle development, SEO, design and support of business solutions for small to medium organizations. Our team has tremendous experience modernizing an organizations web brand design. Notably, HEADS's delivers e-commerce solutions and passenger transportation technology (tickets management, optimization and management of routing and logistics). We have a proven ability to establish reliable integrations with 3rd party vendor solutions. As the General Manager, I am responsible for the company's long-term vision and strategic development.
