• Origination, development and maintenance of profitable business relationships with corporate clients (Revenue >UAH 400 Mio.);• Attraction potential corporate banking clients within assigned market sector with a view to expand the client base.

• Conduct negotiations with banks and bondholders on the matter of debt structuring and implementation achieved agreements;• Valuation of various financial instruments to be utilized by particular companies of DTEK Group (Eurobond, SWAP, syndicated loan facilities etc.); • Preparation of debt capital and fixed income market analytical overview reports for top-management and shareholders;• Participation in project activity (e.g. Restructuring loan portfolio of USD 3 Bln. including corporate bonds).

• Origination, development and maintenance of profitable business relationships with corporate clients;• Conduct client negotiations and structure credit facilities;• Establish contact with potential clients within the assigned market sector with a view to expand the client base;• Handling and structuring project finance, investment and working capital deals starting from origination of relationship till disbursement of the loan.

• Prepare credit applications;• Work with other departments to ensure an efficient sales process and smooth internal handling of transactions from origination till closing;• Restructure of non-performing loans and bad-debtors portfolio of large corporate clients;• Transfer of non-performing loans to the balance of London’s branch and registration the deal in National Bank of Ukraine as a part of loss deals optimization.

• Fill in CADD/KYC (customer acquisition due diligence / Know your customer) forms;• Corresponding of client and client’s documentation with AML policies of the bank and requirements of NBU;• Discover ownership structure of legal entities through searching in different sources; • Work in clean-up process of Global Finance Customer IDs (GFCID). Putting in order to corporate requirements IDs data of clients, which are managed in Ukraine;• Search market information about customers of the bank in different sources;• Perform customer identification and know your customer process (KYC);• Perform market research and analysis.
