I had been working in the Customer support division of Namecheap Inc for more than 8 years, starting as a customer support representative and working directly with the customers, helping them in chats and tickets with their SSL-related requests (sales and technical matters about SSL product). Since that time, I have tried many different activities: teaching and supervising several groups of newbie supporters, performing quality assurance of the CS performance in chats and tickets, writing articles for both external site knowledgebase and internal documents for Intranet (internal guidelines and procedures for customer support staff). For the last 5 years, I worked as a team leader and led a team of 8-13 support members, made performance reviews and delivered feedback.After all, I decided to change my occupation and decided to try myself in software testing. I took QA courses and went through some educational sources and videos. Currently, I am looking for a job of manual software tester (junior/trainee).I have great communication skills, work well in a team, have decent analytic skills, and can put myself in clients' shoes. I believe myself to be curious, attentive, and eager to learn. I have basic knowledge of SQL, API Testing through Postman and decent experience in working with JIRA. Also, I am interested in improving my skillset and have plans to learn some programming languages for automation testing and/or some additional tools for performance testing.
