Managing and administrating plant quality systems including CAPA, deviation, change control, complaint, and work order systems and supporting any plant or corporate driven initiatives to enhance these system. Extensive experience directing Production, Quality, Safety and Cost Control for large production area. Proven ability to design and enhance processes in support of continuous improvement programs Deployed spot audits and root-cause analysis including remedial actions. Managed various root cause failure analysis investigations in response to safety and equipment failures. Excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for seamlessly working with customer teams to identify and resolve quality and process issues. Expertise in production includes inventory management, safety, quality improvement, operations, scheduling and preventative maintenance. Managed raw materials inventory by coordinating with vendors. Preparing weekly schedule, based on approved monthly plan. Organize the fulfilment of the production program according with the approved weekly schedule. Accomplish permanent control on the observation of the technological regime on every stage of the production process. Make up, check and finalize the batch files, by calculating the extraction of every production batch. Auditing.Planning. Take part in initiation of new technologies and technological equipment, correspondence with partners and clients from abroad, new product launch and etc.
