Anton is an entrepreneur with a unique blend of corporate expertise and a passion for video game development. Before founding Axios Games Studio, Anton built a robust career in finance, working with major multinational firms where he developed leadership and strategic skills that would later become instrumental in his shift to the gaming industry.His corporate career began with administrative and financial roles, but it was at IBM and Accenture where Anton truly thrived. At IBM, he took on the role of Financial & Administrative Business Analyst, managing key financial accounts for one of the largest oil companies in the world. This sharpened his abilities in financial reporting, account analysis, and client management. His success at Accenture, where he was promoted to Inventory Downstream Senior Analyst, further showcased his leadership and operational strengths. In this role, Anton was responsible for leading a major inventory system transition for a global client, and his outstanding performance earned him multiple awards and recognition.However, Anton’s passion for video game development was always present. In 2015, while still working in finance, he began studying game design to understand the creative and technical aspects of the industry. At the same time, he conducted an extensive, nearly three-year analysis of the local game development environment in Argentina. He researched how local studios were structured, where they faced challenges, and how they succeeded in securing clients and building teams. This in-depth study allowed Anton to gain a clear understanding of the gaps and opportunities within the industry, which laid the foundation for his transition into game development.In late 2018, Anton finalized a business plan for his own studio, leveraging both his corporate experience and his deep knowledge of the local game industry. Axios Games Studio officially launched in early 2019. Initially providing outsourcing services to other studios, Anton’s leadership soon guided the company toward developing its own original titles. His strategic mindset, honed from years in finance, has been crucial in managing the complexities of game development while building a creative and resilient team.Today, Anton leads Axios Games Studio with a vision to create innovative, engaging games for PC and console platforms. His journey from finance to game development highlights his adaptability and determination to build a successful studio, blending business acumen with a deep passion for the craft of game design.
