I started my mechanical career at Honda, worked for them for 7 years and completed all technical training (diagnostic/master technician). I then worked for Land Rover for a year as a repair technician. In 2012 I started at Hyundai as a repair technician, soon there after I started with their technical training. In 2013 I completed all the training and achieved master technician status. I fulfilled this position for a year and a half when I got promoted to service foreman.In 2014 I won the Hyundai technician of the year competition and was one of two technicians who went to Seoul, South Korea in 2015 to compete in the Hyundai World Skills competition where I achieved a 3rd place in the Automatic transmission category. In 2017 I again won the Hyundai technician of the year competition was selected to compete in the 2019 Hyundai World Skills competition. I have completed my studies and graduated with four distinctions in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
