My expertise encompasses the design, fabrication, and examination of semiconductor and nanoscale materials for innovative computing applications. I am proficient in electrophysical measurements, spectroscopy, structural characterization, and the development of applications in LabVIEW. My knowledge extends to data analytics and machine learning, skills I utilize to process experimental results in Python efficiently.As a Senior Researcher at the Kurchatov Institute in Moscow, I led several successful research projects centered on implementing reinforcement learning with memristors and conductance quantization in them, securing over $300k in funding. My research has resulted in over 40 publications and an h-index of 15.
