Helped facilitate the customization and installation of Dynamics AX that replaced their existing IMS ERP. Developed and maintained the initial SSRS reports off of the Dynamics AX data using sprocs and an analysis cube. Developed an intranet reporting web application that replaced the SSRS reporting and subscriptions. Supported the EDI software to Dynamics AX integration and ensured proper data flow by creating a mashup site that facilitated the ability to query data in both systems to help diagnose issues more quickly along with automating error notifications.

Completed the Auto policy Endorsement web application for agents and helped design and developed the Home Policy Quoting web site for agent use.

Developed a number of applications (console, web services, web) including the First Notice of Loss application that allows agents to submit claims, the Warning Letter application for late payments, the Wyoming web service that allowed police and the DMZ in Wyoming to validate active policy numbers, and the Auto policy Endorsement web application for agents.

Developed the upgrade to the Product Notice web site that allows the Quality department to develop, add, or remove a notice without requiring a web developer having to get involved: http://www.physio-control-notices.com/1. Acquired and defined the requirements that met user needs. 2. Implemented the site using C# and SQL Server 2000. Assessed and purchased the necessary third party PDF generator.3. Performed Testing and Debugging.4. Provided the necessary training after deployment.

Support R&D New Product Development projects including but not limited to:1. Coordinated and oversaw all aspects of projects as assigned that tasks are completed (ex. Ensured that approvals were performed in a timely manner, tracked proto-parts, coordinated with outsourced services, etc.)2. Controlled all aspects of the documentation process (facilitate document generation, aggregation, quality review, etc.) relative to new product R&D development. 3. Performed quality reviews of all documentation generated by the assigned project. 4. Coordinated technical support functions and performed technical and administrative assignments.
