As a legal-tech company, we created a web platform with complex business logic(as complex as german law could be) to simplify relocation processes for employers and future employees. Additionally, we collaborated with leading German insurance firm to develop a platform for managing health insurance processes.In my role, I served as a software engineer and took on leadership and management responsibilities, allocating 70% of my time to development tasks and the remaining 30% to management.-Designed scalable backend architecture utilizing AWS services.-Introduced Camunda BPMN as business logic orchestrator, made the platform logic self-documented and observable for ops team as well as devs.-Developed complex wizard forms builder service based on json schemas, bpmn and react-final-forms.-Setup ci/cd pipelines based on github-actions for frontend and backend services.-Integrated various APIs into the system-Led team of 5 devs, QA, PM, ensured technical grow and high team spirit.-Participated in hiring, mentoring, product business design, stakeholders communications.

-Implemented extensible Facebook messenger chat bot for the US local real estate company.-Participated in developing a chat-bots platform on top of Rasa.core and wit.ai.

The company developed an IoT-device connected to kegerators and enhance their functionality: allows to manage permissions, track kegs leftovers, provide leaderboards etc.-Developed admin dashboard for multi-tenant management of IoT devices, focused mainly on real-time visualization of telemetry data. (react, redux, material-ui)-Developed a cost-efficient mobile app by sharing a lot of the codebase with an existing web app. (react-native, mobx)-Took an open-sourced particle.io server for managing and communicating with IoT devices, completely rewrote it and added new features. It's now considered as primary fork which is used by bunch of startups in production. (node.js, mongoDB)
