CurrentFollowing the COVID-19 epidemic, the company switched to fully remote work and transformed its organizational structure. In 2022, with the beginning of the russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the new challenges it brought, I shifted even more towards managing the various departments of the Operations division.Responsibilities:• Strategy management and execution• Business process management: organize, regulate, improve, and structure business processes in the BPMN across the whole Operations division, and Pre-sale• Cost, budget, and purchase management: plan annual master budget; revise cost structure; control and analyze budget vs. spending• Finance and accounting operations management: cooperate with US-based finance and accounting operations (banking accounts, payments, and company IRS reports); perform PnL forecasting• Payroll management• Legal management: identify, define, escalate, and resolve any legal tasks; facilitate communication with multiple legal service vendors; develop, structure, and organize agreements with contractors and clients• HR and Sales department supervisionAchievements:• Directly managed the Operations team of 10-12 people on strategy execution resulting in a decrease of indirect costs by 30% in 2024, EBIT margin increase by 80% (EBIT increase by 4 times) in 2020-23 despite the pandemic and full-scale invasion, an increase of retention rate by 15% and decrease of attrition rate by 20% in 2020-21• Revised and optimized the business processes of the Operations division providing business continuity during remote work due to COVID-19 in 2020-21, and the full-scale invasion in 2022• Planned, organized, controlled, and sustained the process of recruiting independent contractors on new markets (Brazil, Poland, Germany) with the first hired contractors within 2 months after the full-scale invasion in early 2022• Optimized the Payroll business process which reduced the payroll execution time by 40% in 2022
