* Provide technical support to Engineering Team related to ice & metocean conditions in the area during conceptual, select and define phases of the project. * Ensure that there is enough ice&metocean data in place to cover the relevant risks on offshore facilities including ice/wave loading on structures, supply and EER operations in ice, damage of pipelines due to ice scouring.* Be responsible for summarising of all metocean & ice data required for FEED in the documents such as Metocean Reference Document and Ice Referenece Document.* Participate and contribute to related substructure engineering studies, such as ice basin modelling, substructure selection.

•Collecting data and provide reports using the tools specified within the Ice Analyst Guidelines and to ensure that information on the ice conditions and in particular the ice events around the rig are monitored and logged in a professional manner;•Advising the operational management about the ice conditions and any risks posed by ice to company infrastructure and to construction, drilling and logistical operations in the North Caspian Sea;•Recording and forecasting ice conditions and movements at drilling locations in accordance with the published procedures;•Advising on the effects of such movements and on measures to mitigate the risks;•Advising on ice alert status and appropriate evacuation routes in ice;•Participating in field ice measurement programs as required;•Writing, preparing and updating documentation: work procedures, technical specifications, work manuals, software tools development documents;•Preparing reports on work provided with data analysis and general conclusions;
