Being a Engineering Manager at Stratsys means that I at a daily basis is responsible for:• Grow people and teams through coaching, mentoring and feedback.• Work closely with teams, engineering managers, product ownersand agile coaches on providing opportunities for a development and workenvironment that can transform ideas that can scale and reach out quickly.• Act ambassador for modern development methods so that they are used inthe teams.• Advance the technical expertise of teams on e.g. managing tech debt,system performance, security and maintainability• Work with talent acquisition to attract, onboard and retain top talent
