http://tigersrealmcoal.com/Duties:- Develop annual budget for construction and maintenance in compliance with Project targets;- Taking part in Feasibility Studies development with involvement of foreign and Russiancontractors;- Develop Project risks register;- Land rights legalization;- Manage Design and Detailed drawings elaboration for various structures within infrastructuredevelopment of the Project – workshops, camps, fuel storages, winter road, all-season road,railway, utilities, etc.;- Manage site engineering surveys implementation;- Interface with Design Institutes, solving problems during design process;- Coordination of technical solutions with Government Departments including Federal Agencyfor Fishery, the Authorities, etc. during design development and as the result reach thepositive conclusions from State Expertise and Construction Permits;- Site inspections to check works performed by Contractors in conformity to designdocumentation, Safety regulation and required quality level;- Participation in interface work process and meetings between Contractors;- Coordination of Project field teams;- Managing people and construction fleet at construction site;- Manage meetings with staff and contractors at the Project;- Weekly / monthly reports about all aspects of the Project activity (Port operations, road &infrastructure construction, permits procedures, etc.) to CEO, COO.
