School master schedule builder and staffing tool that maximizing secondary teaching staff utilization. Rich tool-set for planning and coordination of state and local K-12 school assessments with possibilities to keep track of student accommodations, student testing history, and more. Platform had built-in functionality to document every step of the staff evaluation process, including walk-throughs, self-evaluations, supporting evidence, reporting and performance analytics. And, of course, we heavily relied on our integration with government statistics providers, mainly National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).Solution was divided into several integrated (yet self-sufficient to some extent) sub-systems (Service-Oriented Architecture). We had several smaller teams, mainly dedicated to their service. All developers were full-stacks (since each of us was responsible for the whole feature).I started off on the core platform with:1. Entity Framework Core adoption (we started with MySQL Stored Procedures).2. Migration from MySQL to PostgreSQL.3. Replacement of the internal authentication system with the Okta commercial solution.When all migrations on the core platform were finished and polished, I switched to support and extend our Design System. In our domain we had to deal a lot with all sorts of tables and forms (also with all possible combinations of them), there always something to implement (especially taking into account that we used cutting-edge Blazor WASM with Telerik's components as a baseline).
