• Control & handling of materials/services purchasing and delivery concerning local oilfields in Nefteyugansk branch;• Receiving daily report of materials and service requests from production departments;• Define and research possible suppliers for materials and service requested;• Biddings information consolidation and its execution;• Negotiation long-term contracts with local and Russia providers of materials and service;• Negotiation local contracts with low and financial department;• Control of purchase orders raise in SAP R/3 system, and its delivery tracing; • International purchase orders placement and its negotiation with branches abroad Russia; its delivery tracing;• Contact and work in cooperation with warehouse and logistics head of departments concerning international materials ordered;• Finding and developing purchasing and logistics solutions in new allocations and in equipment moving periods;• Taking part of weekly meetings with production and support departments;• Interviewing candidates to procurement specialist position;• 2 subcontractors specialists and 1 procurement specialist are in submission;• Purchasing volumes 30-60 mln rub per month.
