Managing of the realization of the international project "Angels Initiative" (https://www.angels-initiative.com/) dedicated to development of the market for registered drug in neurology field (Ischemic Stroke). Developing of the network of Primary and Comprehensive Stroke Units in Russian Federation, enhancing of stroke care level in wide territory across the country. Providing expertize, consulting and practical introduction of the best modern technologies, protocols and methodology in stroke care field. Working in direct cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders of the industry on the question of strategic development of the Stroke Units network.

Worked as Strategic Site Relationship Manager and Prime Site Manager with tasks dedicated to strategic network creation, development and management. Long-term mutual relationships management with leading clinical trials centers (sites) across Russian Federation. Cooperated with clinical trials departments of the hospitals involved into clinical trials of the drugs. Gained enhancing and increasing of the clinical trials flow, speed-up of the achieving of projects goals and targets. As a result of the cooperation with Prime Site the following successes were achieved: clinical trials contracts executed faster, patients’ recruitment figures grew up to 2,5 times, Prime Site in comparison with regular site enrolled patients more and faster.Took part in creation and development of the unique, first in the country Clinical Trials School in cooperation with leading healthcare educational institution. Created full range of training course materials and gave lectures and masterclasses. Participated in international and local scientific conferences and congresses as a lecturer.Was involved as one of the creators of the educational Master degree program "Project Management in clinical trials" approved by Ministry of Education of Russian Federation. Cooperated as external expert with Drugs Development department of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation.

Performed full range of monitoring activities in clinical trials of the drugs including study start up (feasibilities, site identification, site selection, clinical trial submission to the healthcare authorities), project initiation, clinical trial monitoring, closeout activities, archiving, audits and inspections. Was involved into contracts negotiations and expertize, contracting and payments management.Organized and attended investigator's meetings, performed clinical trials trainings.Clinical trials experience in the field of Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Neurology, Oncology, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Psychiatry.Honored with "Goals and Achievements orienting" award in 2011.
