Achievements: Led and masterminded the full company turnaround in 2014-15, this transformation ensured 6 consecutive years of top line growth at above 10% CAGR, introduction of new business model elements in 2017 and e-Commerce stream (Tupperware studios) accelerated the top line growth to strong double digit level in 2018-20.
