Responsibilities:- Support IoT-domain development (SW/FW), QA, BA, DevOps processes within the big team;- Implement and adopt agile practices within big team; - Helping the team to be on the high level of productivity;- Build effective communication structure between on-shore and remote stakeholders teams;- Estimation and planning;- Delivery to production;- Manage all day to day impediments;- Interview candidates;- Support performance review process.

Responsibilities:- Portfolio management, define and manage value streams together with Product team- Implement and adopt Scrum Framework- Delivery Management- Manage another Project Manager- Coaching team members- Resolve Program level impediments- Report status to C level management

- Collecting and analyzing requirements and use cases for software solutions;- Improvement and support of the existing solution from the requirement management;- Participating in the business analysis stage on product and implementation projects;- Supporting of implementation teams with expertise in OOB product capabilities;- Conducting market and technology researches.

Full responsibility for the 19-strong department within the operational area:- Coordination and planning activities both within the department and with customers- Managing quality control, budget and timetable requirements- Managing the implementation data charging\provisioning systems according to CBOSS’ own methodology based on PMBoK- Providing and managing technical support according to ITIL standards- Managing customer relations- On-call availability 24\7 in case of emergency
