• Lead and coordinate Build-with engagements of assigned managed Partners to meet/exceed partners penetration expectations for Workloads.
• Build and enhance partner capability and capacity through delivering technical engagements such as Technical Briefings, Architectural Design Sessions, Hackathons, and Proof of Concepts.
• Execute partner capacity and capability motions in region/subsidiary, support strategic partners to build new offerings leveraging Cloud Infrastructure, with additional focus on strategic workloads and advanced.
• Drive business impact through helping partners develop, launch, and publish offers to the Commercial Marketplace.
• Provide Technical leadership and act as a key trusted technical advisor and challenger to partners.

• Working with partners from different areas and segments – System Integration, Channel development, ISV, Distributors, Resellers, Service Provider etc.
• Development technical plan for partners and monitoring of implementation
• Creation of methodology and process (Practice Builders) for the development of new partner solutions for the different industry (Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, Logistic, etc.)
• Pre-sale orchestration. Holding a cross-technological orchestration team through the first mile, the first 1-3 transactions to ensure that the partners are ready
• Create technical community and DataPlatform & AI club
• Oversees the success of Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design Sessions by coordinating Technical Architects to lead the execution, responsible for customer engagement in these activities

• Sales and development of Microsoft sales solutions (SQL Server, ShaperPoint Server) in Moscow, Central region of Russia, Ural, South region, Volga, Siberia and Far East
• Development of new sales scenarios and continuous growing of the existing ones
