Joined the leading Russian e-commerce company as a senior software developer and after 6 months was promoted to an engineering manager position. Worked on two projects: a supply chain management system, and an inventory audit system.- Led a team of 11 people (8 developers and 3 QA) involved in building warehouse and distribution center management systems (over 100 microservices). Communicated both with product managers and business stakeholders tightly.- Developed the "outbound" part of the system (parcel sorting and packaging, integration with logistics and ERP systems).- Scaled the system to 15 warehouses, thus helping Ozon to grow more than 100% year-to-year for three years straight, and facilitated the launching of the system MVP on the first distribution center.- Switched to a new ERP project aimed to solve goods tracking issues with a new inventory system (out of twenty-year-old monolith) and managed to assemble a team of 7 developers for this project.- Designed and released (within a team) features for tracking goods in the processes of supply inbound and goods returns, which helped to increase the number of processing goods requests up to 3 million per day.

Became a part of the second biggest Russian bank, joined a team in the lending department in a backend software development position.- Designed and launched a small system (5 microservices) for loan approvals that: aggregates borrowers’ data from different banking data sources, checks criminal records, and helps to set up custom rules for accepting or declining a loan. The system aimed to help a manager with the decision process.

Worked on the core company’s project, a distributed monitoring system with its alerting and data aggregation subsystems, in the position of a middle backend software developer.- Integrated the system with Telegram and Skype for sending alert notifications;- Launched a customization mechanism that helps more flexibly set up alerting rules;- Developed a user permission management subsystem.
