After an incredibly rewarding but exhausting decade plus at Oru Kayak, I'm reorienting around family, travel, nature and craic in rural Ireland (no, I'm not Irish but I've always liked it here). Always open to hearing about exciting endeavours while reflecting on the next chapter.
Founder, Chief Design Officer
I invented origami kayaks, and founded Oru Kayak. Oru makes several models of folding kayaks which go from box to boat in minutes, unlocking adventures near and far. Over the years we received a number of design awards, several patents, and were featured in media including Shark Tank and National Geographic. Oru Kayak was acquired by Solo Brands in 2021.
