Hey, I'm Anton, an expert in Marketing Growth and the leader of Nexters Marketing Team. Btw, we're hiring!My expertise lies, as I call it, on three turtles’ backs where performance marketing stands – user acquisition, analytics and marketing creatives. I've started as a UA manager, and come a long way to get well-experienced not only in running successful ad campaigns but also in building and executing marketing strategies for mobile and web games, creating high-performing creatives, testing and scaling, predictive modelling, decision-making, growing teams that can do everything mentioned and even beyond that – and the list goes on. I'm a constant learner who is open to changes and always looks for new hypotheses to test.I joined the budding Marketing Team at Nexters in 2014 when the whole marketing story had just begun. Through failures and wins, challenges and growth we've reached the stage where we are now managing a team of about 150 marketing professionals. My big dream is to make Nexters Marketing Team one the best in the whole gaming industry.My personal working approach contains 3 items I always willingly share with potential and real colleagues.Care about what you do. Being engaged, dedicated, and passionate about your work is crucial because it makes you dig deeper to the very bottom of any issue instead of relishing superficial results and easy wins.Work hard, play hard. If you work in gamedev, you know it must be fun even when dealing with figures. We make games aka we make emotions for players. So, when a marketing challenge is ahead, we should be excited about it and ready to step out of the box and find a creative way to reach the goal.Develop your expertise in both – creative thinking and analytics. Be open-minded and learn from people around you. If one day you think you know everything in marketing, you'll fail.And a couple of things. I love all sorts of games: video games, mobile games and board games. It's an indispensable part of my personality and I believe that the key ingredient for a successful career in the game industry is to be truly passionate about something besides your work.And just to mention: I'm keen on snowboarding and travelling too.
