• Granting tier 1&2 support to the SaaS product – proxy services, data collectors and data sets, collaboration with various of RnD teams. • Using scripts (node.JS), DB queries (MongoDB), analysis of results (HTML and JSON files)• Customer service – support for new customers to start using the products of the company.

* Managing a unique lab for collaboration with Intel partners. The lab provides access to new pre-released platforms, with a variety of OS (Linux, Windows) and configurations for software enabling.* Maintenance of beta server products, installing beta OS’s, update drivers and BIOS and maintain all lab infrastructure including network and storage.* Maintaining high availability and providing remote access and security for remote connection.

Wireless Connectivity Solutions – Post Silicon Validation Team•Activating, running and maintaining electrical testing systems of D-PHY&PCI-E protocols – including running test stations, error isolation, working with design teams, analyzing results and creating test reports.• Experienced with operating advanced test equipment such as: Oscilloscope, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Signal Generators, Power Supply, Multi-meter & Digital Multi-meter, SMU, Network Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer.• Familiar with varied tools and programming languages include C#, TestStand, LabView, Python.
