I’ve spent the last 7 years learning everything there is to know about the Quality Assurance industry – from 2015 to 2022. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Senior / Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for Customertimes Corp, where I’m responsible for the quality of the product, quality assurance processes, and testing documentation.Since I work in the quality assurance field, I have in my experience in 17 projects in which I participated (Healthcare, E-commerce, Corporate systems). It is always interesting for me to dig deep down into the understanding of how any of the products are working and how I can take my part and make sure that the quality of the product will be high. On some of the projects, I was in a Lead role, managing the QA teams of 2-6 members. It was an interesting experience for me and always a pleasure to work with talented people and be their leader. Most of the traits we have always tried to follow in a team are concentration, being involved in the process, and openness. Also, I was chosen to become a mentor for some of the company's Quality Assurance engineers. This is an inspiring experience working with people and helping them with their needs for growth. Among this, in my work was the creation of grade forms and the conduct of the grade evaluation process of employees. Today I have 4 mentees and I hope will help them to become high-level specialists.
